Bulawayo=Good Eats

We drive nearly all morning to arrive at our new home in Bulawayo...on our way here we stopped for a little lunch at Nandos and hopped into a museum to learn the local history and then our local guide took us to view and participate in some traditional Zimbabweam dancing...surprisingly our students mostly looked like naturals! Finally, we checked into our new hotel and headed to our guide Blessings' home for a freshly prepared dinner. His mother made as many traditional dishes in order to give the students a taste of the country. The picture below does not do the spread justice! We are off to an early bedtime as we have our first early morning safari in the morning...here's hoping we spot a lion and a leopard the two hardest animals to find!
